2. No Contractual Role
Any communication, negotiation, offer, acceptance, or arrangement made through Tourmate360 is strictly between the users involved.
Tourmate360 does not:
- Create or enforce contracts between users
- Guarantee performance of any agreement
- Participate in negotiations or contractual terms
- Verify the legality or enforceability of user agreements
3. User Agreements
Users are solely responsible for any agreements they enter into with other users, including but not limited to:
- Booking agreements
- Performance arrangements
- Payment terms
- Cancellation conditions
- Technical or logistical requirements
Tourmate360 bears no responsibility for disputes arising between users.
4. Payments and Financial Responsibility
Tourmate360 does not process payments between users for bookings or performances.
All financial transactions between users occur independently of the platform unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Tourmate360 is not responsible for:
- Non-payment
- Fraudulent payment behavior
- Chargebacks between users
- Disputes regarding fees or compensation
5. Event and Performance Risk
Tourmate360 is not responsible for any aspect of live events or performances, including:
- Event cancellations or postponements
- Artist or venue no-shows
- Technical failures (sound, lighting, equipment)
- Safety incidents
- Audience turnout or commercial success
6. Stay22 and Third-Party Services
Tourmate360 may display affiliate links to third-party accommodation and travel services, including Stay22.
All bookings, payments, cancellations, and disputes related to such services occur exclusively between the user and the third-party provider.
Tourmate360 has no control over third-party services and assumes no liability.
7. User Responsibility
Users acknowledge that they act independently and at their own risk when using the platform.
Users are responsible for:
- Verifying counterparties
- Ensuring contractual compliance
- Managing financial arrangements
- Ensuring legal compliance of their activities
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tourmate360 shall not be liable for any damages arising from:
- User interactions
- User-generated content
- Agreements between users
- Platform usage or unavailability
- Third-party services
- Financial or contractual disputes

- Bookings
- Successful negotiations
- Payments
- Event execution
